移动将更新软件解决iPhone4S“频点门”

深陷于移动版iPhone 4S“信号门”而头疼不已的<a href="http://product.it168.com/list/b/0302_1.shtml" target="_blank" class="nounderline" title="手机" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-color: rgb(102, 102, 102); padding-bottom: 1px; ">手机</a>用户，本月或许将能等待到一个解决答案。今天上午，记者从<a href="http://product.it168.com/list/b/03020022_1.shtml" target="_blank" class="nounderline" title="苹果" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-color: rgb(102, 102, 102); padding-bottom: 1px; ">苹果</a>和中国移动两方面获悉，本月初中国大陆地区将会发布一个更新的IOS软件，可以解决移动版iPhone 4S的信号问题。<img border="1" alt="移动将更新软件解决iPhone4S“频点门”" href="/picshow/index967107.shtml" src="http://image20.it168.com/201203_500x375/968/114f2fcdd55abb8c.jpg" style="border-top-width: 1px; border-right-width: 1px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-left-width: 1px; border-style: initial; border-color: initial; border-image: initial; border-style: initial; border-color: initial; cursor: pointer; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; margin-left: 5px; border-top-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); border-right-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); border-bottom-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); border-left-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); border-top-style: solid; border-right-style: solid; border-bottom-style: solid; border-left-style: solid; "> ▲iPhone4S很坑爹？ 　　信号满格电话打不了 　　走进写字楼，虽然<a href="http://product.pcpop.com/Mobile/10734_1.html" target="_blank" class="nounderline" title="手机" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-color: rgb(102, 102, 102); padding-bottom: 1px; ">手机</a>信号显示为满格，但却无法接打电话；在城区的家里，手机信号同样很不稳定，时常被朋友告知“打你电话显示无法接通啊”。自从拿到移动版的iPhone 4S后，市民霍先生就头疼不已，为手机信号问题着急得上火，“这太耽误工作了。” 　　在使用中国移动iPhone 4S的“果粉”中，有一群像霍先生这样着急的用户。此前，中国移动iPhone 4S被爆出“信号门”，部分用户发现，使用移动SIM卡无法正常激活iPhone 4S，或者SIM卡使用中时常会出现信号不稳定或信号满格却无法接打电话的情况。 　　移动版手机需升级 　　对此，相关电信技术专家解释，从技术上来说，是国行iPhone 4S的GSM芯片有问题，仅支持885-915MHz的P频段，不支持880-890MHz的E频段，但中移动的GSM网是E和P频段都支持的，所以当iPhone 4S处于只有E频段（大多用于室内覆盖）的GSM网时，就会没信号或有信号无法呼出，只有回到P频段覆盖区域（大多用于室外，也是国际电信联盟ITU覆盖最广的标准频段）时，才能重新有信号。 　　此后，<a href="http://product.pcpop.com/Mobile/00137_1.html" target="_blank" class="nounderline" title="苹果" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-color: rgb(102, 102, 102); padding-bottom: 1px; ">苹果</a>公司对2012年2月8日以后出厂的移动iPhone 4S手机进行了版本升级，解决了对部分频段不支持的问题。不过，对于2012年2月8日之前出厂的iPhone 4S手机，并没有给出解决方案。 　　就此，今天上午，记者询问了苹果官方客服电话。客服人员回答，他们目前已接到通知，苹果公司3月初可能在中国大陆地区发布一个新的IOS版本，这其中就包含了中国移动手机信号的解决方案。届时，苹果用户只需进行一次软件更新，应该就能解决现在的“信号门”问题。不过，对于具体的发布时间，客服人员表示要等待公司通知。 　　3月初提供软件升级 　　中国移动10086的客服人员也表示，于2012年2月8日之后出厂的在中国大陆地区正式销售的iPhone 4S手机，已经解决了因不支持部分频段而导致部分地段无法通话的问题，而2012年2月8日之前出厂的移动版iPhone 4S手机，也将在3月初获取由苹果方面提供的软件升级。一旦有最新版本面世，移动将会在第一时间通过短信方式通知到苹果用户。北京移动相关负责人也告诉记者，他们很重视iPhone 4S的信号问题，也正在积极探索解决方法。如果相关方有需求，移动也将给予积极配合。 　　“从iPhone 4的‘天线门’，到iPhone 4S的‘信号门’，在强势的苹果面前，我们本就强势的运营商也无能为力啊。”在聊天中，一位苹果手机使用者告诉记者，现在就希望他们说的IOS更新赶紧出来，能确实解决信号问题，“让别人能找到我啊。”
